Fleet Management Reports
We understand that insights from the vehicle tracking analysis are important to your business. If you want more comprehensive reports than what your existing Fleet management system can provide, we can help with the extra analysis.
Activity Report
Get a quick daily snapshot of driving activities for any vehicle in your fleet. This report enables you to view specific location, stop and speed information for an individual vehicle for an entire day. You can compare actual driver activity with driver timecards or logs to ensure accurate hours billed.
Daily/Weekly Summary
Daily Summary Report lets you more accurately monitor driver productivity and confirm overtime costs. Quickly scan to determine a driver's total work hours during a single day or over a week. Use this report to confirm times and hours worked by your employees.
Cycle Time Detail and Summary
View vehicles that go back and forth between landmarks frequently, and where those "cycles" should be either above or below a "standard" drive and work time.
Drive Time Summary
Drive Time Report allows you to easily access daily or weekly fleet statistics like total mileage, maximum recorded speed, number of stops and distance traveled. In addition, a summary total for each vehicle is displayed allowing you to quickly scan for underutilized vehicles, mileage totals and more.
Engine Maintenance Report
Engine Maintenance Report it automatically notifies you by e-mail if one of your vehicles reports a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) alert. Within this report, users will have access to view alert descriptions and the vehicle label/model attached them, as well as the date the trouble code alert was reported.
Fleet Utilization Report
The Fleet Utilization Report is extremely useful for fleet managers who want to know how their entire fleet is being utilized (or under-utilized). The report gives you a great deal of insight into your fleet operations, and is very quick to run. You can sort by whichever metric (column) is most convenient to answer the questions you have about your fleet.
Fuel Consumption/MPG Report
The Fuel Usage/MPG Report can easily save you money by providing you with the data you need to reduce your fuel expenses. You can monitor MPG and the gallons of fuel consumed by each vehicle for a given time period. Actual fuel usage can be reconciled with fuel card expenditures to monitor for abuse.
Idle Detail Report
The Idle Detail Report can be run on an individual vehicle or a group of vehicles. It will display individual idle events for each selected vehicle, along with the driver, address, and greenhouse gas emissions information for that event. (The odometer values are also shown in the exportable spreadsheet version)
Idle Time Report
With the GPS Insight Idle Time Report you can list every stop that a vehicle makes over a given time period and how long the vehicle was stopped at each of those locations. It also allows you to view the number of hours of idle time, percentage of idle time, and GHG emitted (in tons) for a vehicle or a group of vehicles.
Landmark History Report
With the GPS Insight Landmark History Report you can view a history of which vehicles visited a particular landmark and the duration of each visit. Use this report to document which vehicles serviced or visited a location over a particular time period or are continually going places they should not.
Odd Hours Report
The GPS Insight Odd Hours Report quickly identifies after hours driving-time violations for a single fleet vehicle or the entire fleet to prevent unauthorized use of company vehicles. You can lower overhead by eliminating weekend or after-hours use of vehicles and decrease inaccurate time sheet entries.
Speed Violation Report
The GPS Insight Speed Violation Report allows the fleet manager to monitor speed violations by setting speed thresholds for certain vehicles. The report allows you to view the location and time of where a speed policy violation occurred. Enforcing a speed policy not only promotes driver safety but will also help to save money on fuel costs.
Route Efficiency Summary Report
The Route Efficiency Summary Report compares the actual route driven to the “optimal” route between stops, then ranks each vehicle’s driver based on the percentage above “ideal” in terms of both time and distance. This catches drivers getting lost, intentionally padding hours, heading home for personal activities, as well as suboptimal routes.
Run Time Report
With the GPS Insight Run Time Report you can report upon the number of miles, hours, and overall usage of your fleet. Total vehicle and fleet run time is also displayed. This report also shows scheduled maintenance reminders, and allows for a quick addition/edit of upcoming service events, by mileage, date, or number of run time hours.
Speed Bands Report
With the GPS Insight Speed Bands Report you can statistically quantify what percentage of your drivers and overall fleet's drive time falls into user definable "speed bands." For instance, you can determine the percentage of time drivers spend below 10 mph (slacking), between 10 and 60 (working), and over 60 mph (speeding).
Speed Summary Report
The GPS Insight Speed Summary Report provides average driver speeds relative to the posted speed limit. This Report shows the speeding and “slow-poke” tendencies of your individual drivers. This is useful because both activities are undesirable. Padding hours by going slow is just as bad as being reckless and wasting fuel by speeding.
Mileage Report
A State Mileage Report quantifies your vehicle's mileage over a period of time (e.g. the month). This is invaluable for preparing Interstate Fuel Tax returns. This report uses both odometer readings from the engine's computer as well as straight line distance to give two similar mileages, and points out discrepancies (e.g. when a vehicle was towed).
Stop Detail Report
With the GPS Insight Stop Report you can list every stop that a vehicle makes over a given time period and how long the vehicle was stopped at each of those locations. It also allows you to view the number of hours of idle time for a vehicle or a group of vehicles. The data can then be exported to Excel or sent to multiple email recipients.
